Shanghai Rui Hong Properties Company (Shui On Properties) has appointed Maunsell AECOM as the structural engineering design consultant for the Rui Hong City Lot 8 Project.

Rui Hong City is situated at Hong Kou District of Shanghai. This is our second residential development project for Shui On Properties after Rui Hong City Lot 4. The project comprises 46,000 sq.m. of residential development, including retail and ancillary facilities.

The design is undertaken by the Shanghai Office under the direction of KM Tsang as the Project Director and Zhao Liming as the Project Engineer.
