This project is situated at the lively Lu Wan District of Shanghai, north of the Xintiandi Complex. It comprises two 5-star hotels, one with Han Dynasty as theme and the other with Tang Dynasty as theme, at a plot ratio of 7.0. As the design involves transfer of the hotel tower loading over the 20m span Ball Room, a 20m deep basement, 2 pedestrian footbridges and 2 tunnels, the project is full of challenges. Total floor area is 90,000 sq.m. |
