Shanghai CSCEC Tower, China

Shanghai China Construction Investment Co. Ltd. has appointed Maunsell AECOM as the structural engineering design consultant responsible for the preliminary design of the Shanghai CSCEC Tower Project.

CSCEC Tower is located adjacent to the Municipal Government Building of Pudong, in the Lu Jia Zui Commercial District, New Pudong area. It is a Grade A office building of 140m tall. The plot ratio is 8. The total floor area including podium and a 3-level basement is around 90,000m2.

The design is undertaken by the Shanghai Office under the direction of KM Tsang as the Project Director and Lu Feng as the Project Engineer.
